特點

全自動PCB激光打標機是一款專門用千在印刷電路板上標刻條碼、二維碼和字符、圖形等信息的專用機型。本設備可直接對接SMT流水線，

全自動化生產，生產過程中無需人工操作，也可配合自動上下板機組成離線式工作站，一臺設備可對應多條流水線。

1. 伺服XY運動平臺，工業PC控制、模塊化柔性化編程設計。

2標配綠光激光（也可選其他激光），最小可雕刻出1.6mmx1.6mm多達1創立字符的二維碼。同

軸CCD技術，精密定位，并且讀取、識別二維碼等級（適應AMI DPM A, S9132等標準）。

3. 三色光源照明：顏色可三色切換，方便讀取不同顏色板的雕刻標志。

4傳送皮帶距地面900士30mm, 可以直接對接SMT。可以自選進出料運動方向。

5. 標準SMEMA接口及網絡通信功能，可與上、下游設備及服務器進行通訊；

6. 煙塵過濾裝置，有效去除標記時產生的粉塵保證干凈及健康。

7. 主動防呆，軟件自動檢測并防止錯打，漏打；主門配有安全開關鎖，由軟件控制，

8. 在雕刻過程中各門都無法人為開啟，防止產品不良；

9. 進出料口配有自動遮擋門防止激光雕刻時強光損害人眼
